When my bestie, Jessica, asked me to do family photos for her, I was just SOOO excited! I love her so much, and her family is just ADORABLE! She is an amazing person, and we met over baby chicks of all things!

Not only was I over the moon to do her family pictures, but I had never been to Laurel Lake before. And OH MY GOSH, what have I been missing! Such a beautiful place!

I did wonder about the whole idea of getting in the water, but believe it or not, for being fall in Kentucky, the water really wasn’t that bad! I don’t know that I would have jumped in head first or anything, but dipping the ole big toe in wasn’t as I was expecting!
